Through the Pass
The Mojave Desert is full of great trails and off-road adventures. This painting captures a place near Valley of Fire that I happened across many years ago. I’ve always loved how a pass reveals itself to you as you move through it.
Painted entirely with palette knife, the piece captures the raw texture of open desert and rugged mountains, pulling you deep into the Mojave.
